- Holding a Bachelor’s degree in science (all related areas) that include courses in Physiology, Anatomy and Pathology from academic institutes accredited by the Office of the Higher Education Commission;
- Having cumulative GPA not less than 2.50;
- Having an English Proficiency Examination score as the requirement of the Faculty of Graduate Studies;
- Other exceptions may be considered by the Program Director and the Dean of the Faculty of Graduate Studies

Applicants are required to submit the required document for application as follows:
1. Officially transcript/grade report
2. Degrees Certificate
3. Passport
4. Statement of purpose (SOP)
5. Recommendation Letter
6. Research proposal outline, indicating intended research, including title, introduction, objectives, methods, expected outcome, and references. The required length of the research proposal outline is between 1,000 and 1,500 words (excluding references).
7. For applicants who received a scholarship from a sponsor, an applicant is required to submit a confirmation letter from the sponsor.
8. For an applicant who would like to apply for a scholarship from Mahidol University, an applicant is required to submit English Proficiency Score [Graduation requirement, 2-year validity]
